How I Can Help You
Life can throw all sorts of obstacles and challenges our way. Sometimes, we need guidance or support along our journey. I hope to be someone who can empower you to make healing changes in your life. I simply want to meet you where you are on your journey, and I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside you on your path to mental well-being. I firmly believe that as humans, we are all inherently capable of growth and are deserving of a safe, nurturing environment to accomplish this goal. We all have our own unique experiences, thoughts, and beliefs, and I am here to meet you, free of judgment, with acceptance.

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and am currently working towards a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Huntington University. I have always been drawn towards making meaningful connections with others. This desire, coupled with my curiosity and passion for learning about what makes people who they are, has been a driving force in my quest to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I hope to be a light in others lives and share this light with them so they might find it in themselves, as well.
In my free time, I find myself nose-deep in a book or riding my bike down a country road. I also love to paint, write, and work out. Being out in nature helps me to feel connected to myself and the world around me - I cannot wait to live in the mountains one day.
