About EMDR Basic

This EMDR Basic Training is approved by EMDRIA and follows the EMDR protocol guidelines set by the EMDR International Association. This comprehensive program includes 40 hours of live training, divided into 20 hours of content presentation on core EMDR skills and 20 hours of practicum, where participants practice as both therapist and client. During the practicum, participants will address real-life events of their choice to enhance their learning experience. The curriculum also delves into advanced skills, including dissociation, attachment, and polyvagal theory.

Additionally, the training includes 10 hours of consultation to help integrate EMDR into clinical practice confidently and safely.
