EMDR Consultation

EMDRIA, the Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association, has specific guidelines about becoming trained, certified, a consultant and a trainer in EMDR. Being an Approved Consultant, Jessica provides EMDR consultation to colleagues who are both learning the basics of using EMDR and to more seasoned counselors pursuing certification.

Therapists who have completed the initial forty-hour intensive training are required ten hours of group consultation with an approved consultant.
EMDR Therapists who have completed Basic Training through an EMDRIA approved training- can take their EMDR skills to the next level by pursuing certification! EMDRIA requires 20 hours of consultation for EMDR Certification candidates, 10 hours can be met through group consultation with each participant having 30 minutes to staff cases. Jessica offers both group and individual consultation for counselors working towards EMDR Certification.

Private Practice Consultation

Jessica started her part time solo private practice in 2009 after working in the public school system as an elementary school counselor as well as in the ER in a hospital setting. Through hard work and personal experience, Jessica became proficient at billing insurance, taking on graduate level interns, supervisory billing, as well as building and running a group private practice. Jessica rebranded her solo practice to Willow Center For Healing. She currently runs a W-2 business model and bills insurance.
